To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected
  • Free trials are available for new users
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
  • One-time assessment purchases are non-refundable once results are delivered

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer our AI models or algorithms
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
  • Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise our systems
  • Resell or redistribute our services without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

VocationalOS and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by VocationalOS and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your assessment data and results belong to you.

7. AI-Generated Content

Our platform uses AI to generate recommendations and insights. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content should be reviewed and validated before implementation. VocationalOS is not liable for business decisions made based solely on AI recommendations.

8. Limitation of Liability

VocationalOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the platform.
